Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days depending on your location.

Yes. All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. Minor color variations may occur due to screen brightness or lighting differences.

3. Is Return Available?

Yes, returns are available within 3 days of delivery for eligible products.

4. When Is Exchange Allowed?

Exchange is allowed in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size
  • Manufacturing defect

5. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) Available?

Yes, Cash On Delivery is available on most products, subject to serviceability.

  • Other Cities: 5–8 days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 days

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free
  • Cash On Delivery: Free

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility (Within 3 Days)

  • Product must be unused
  • No stains, perfume, or damage
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Return can be requested without a video. However, for a smoother and more secure return process, an unboxing video is recommended.

Refund Amount

Refund amount is calculated after deducting applicable logistics and handling charges. The final refund may vary depending on return location and order value.

Refund Mode

Refunds are credited to your bank account or UPI within 2–5 working days after approval.


Terms & Conditions

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • If Cash On Delivery orders fail multiple times (2–3 attempts), COD may be temporarily disabled for that customer.
  • Product colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution and lighting conditions.
