RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ZYVRA Fashion, we want every order to feel special. If something isn’t quite right, our Return & Exchange policy is designed to be simple, fair, and customer-friendly.


1. Request Window (3 Days)

You can place a Return or Exchange request within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.


2. Exchange Policy – Free & Hassle-Free

You can opt for an exchange in the following cases:

  • Size issue
  • Colour or design variation (subject to availability)
  • Received a defective or damaged product

Exchange Highlights:

  • Exchange charges: ₹0 (completely free)
  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging intact
  • Once approved, exchange orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days

3. Refund Policy – With Standard Deduction

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a standard deduction is applied to cover logistics and handling costs.

Refund Amount:
Product Price – ₹250 to ₹350 (approximate logistics & handling fee)

Example:
Product Price: ₹2,000
Estimated Refund: ₹1,650 – ₹1,750
(The exact deduction may vary slightly based on location and courier charges.)

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to your UPI or bank account
  • COD orders: Refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer only
  • Refund timeline: 3–7 working days after quality check approval

4. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for Return or Exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have no stains, perfume, damage, or alteration
  • Include original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging
  • Include all attached items such as dupatta, belt, tassels (latkan), blouse piece, etc.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Custom-stitched or altered products
  • Heavily discounted or marked “Final Sale” items
  • Products that appear used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

6. Step-by-Step Return / Exchange Process

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery via email
  • Briefly explain the issue (1–2 lines are sufficient)
  • Sharing clear photos or a short video is optional, but recommended for a smoother and faster resolution
  • Our support team will review and confirm approval
  • Once approved, the return or exchange process will be initiated

7. Shipping & Pickup

Wherever possible, we arrange reverse pickup through our courier partners. In rare cases where reverse pickup is not available, our support team will guide you with simple alternate return instructions.


8. Important Notes

  • Multiple or frequent returns from the same account may be reviewed to prevent misuse
  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
  • ZYVRA reserves the right to approve or reject any Return or Exchange request based on policy conditions
